If your message relates to making a booking, please note that we will not be able to do this by email or telephone. KooB is an online only service and all reservations must be made through the website.
If you have an existing booking and wish to cancel or amend this, please contact the property direct with the details on your confirmation email. This message to KooB is not sufficient to cancel your booking and unless you contact the property, you may still be eligible for cancellation charges. It is always advised to request and retain a cancellation reference number for your own reference if cancelling a booking.
For all other questions, we shall respond within 24hours during standard office hours, however please refer to the FAQ's to see if your question is answered there.
